How will I know when my resume is ready for use?

Once a subscribers resume is complete and accesible on the web they will be sent an email notification. Within this email we will include the subscribers online resume web address. MRR cannot guarantee the delivery of any email sent via the web. Therefore, if you do not receive a notification of completion within 5 days of sign up please email our support group at support@myresume.rocks to notify our staff.

How much information can I include on my resume?

There is no limit in regards to how much information that you can include on your resume. That is greatly beneficial and a strong points for having a rock star resume. You have the ability to truly sell your skills and abilities that you might not want to include on your single page resume format. However, keep in mind there is a such thing as too much information. Excssive information may be overkill for a recruiter and can in some cases impact the look and feel of your resume.

How long does it take for my resume to be accessible on the web and ready for use?

Websites are typically ready for use between 24 and 72 hours. This timeframe is mainly due to the fact that it can take up to 72 hours for your domain registration to complete.

Why does the domain registration process take so long?

During the domain registration process servers worldwide are notified of your domains existance. Once this process is complete your domain becomes accessible on the web.

Do subscribers get charged for changes to their resume after completion?

If you need changes to be made to your resume after its been built, please contact our support group at support@myresume.rocks. In some cases our staff may be able to make minor changes free of charge, however any change fees will be determined based on complexity by our support group. Our goal is to offer great value, but on occassion a change fee may need to be assessed.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

To cancel your subscription please email our support staff at support@myresume.rocks. Please see our Terms and Conditions cancelation policy to ensure that you provide all required information for us to validate your cancellation request.

Can my leased domain name be transfered to my name for ownership purposes after cancellation?

Our domain name leasing service was established as a courtesy to personalize your resume. Your domain is solely available for your use while your subscription is active. However, subscribers may request to have their domain transferred into their name and assume ownership upon cancellation. Please note that there is no guarantee of approval of this request. But under most circumstances we are able to accommodate this request.
